The generous scarf by designer Emma Ducher will take you on a journey to the beauty and versatility of Gansey patterns, which originated in fishermen’s sweaters. Playful Day looks striking but is effortlessly easy to knit. For the Gansey patterns, you combine knit, purl, and slip stitches, following either the charts or the written instructions. Repeating the patterns more or less often allows you to adjust the length of the scarf to your individual preferences. The garter stitch border all around gives the scarf a neat finish.

The theme of our 2024 collection is inspiration. What inspires us to be inventive, to create something? Which small or big moment plants an idea in us and sets us in motion?
