Lalita Stole by Kathrin Pohnke

LALITA is a generous, light shawl with triangular ends and a straight middle section.
It begins with a few stitches and regular increases on one side until the total width of the shawl is reached. After a beautifully structured stripe pattern, the main section is knitted in a wavy lace pattern.

Then, it is worked again in a striped pattern with regular decreases until the other tip of the shawl is reached. Two borders of different widths, which are added later, give LALITA that certain special touch.

Suave, an extraordinary cotton yarn, makes this stole light as a feather and cuddly soft.
